Heat lamp
Posted on August 31, 2011 | No CommentsWith the heat lamp i would use it to heat up the bowl at the same time the coals are going so you could get the tobacco to warm up faster but idk if it would have enough heat to keep it going by just itself. It never hurts to try and see what happens. -

Thanks for your help! ---End Quote--- No I don't use that hole pattern, and I don't use a fork. I just poke a bunch of large holes in 3 concentric circles with a toothpick. To get the holes as large as I need them I poke the tip of the toothpick in, and kind of "stir" in a circle so the hole widens up a bit. The pattern I use is this.... I poke a hole north, south, east, west, then I poke holes in between them to create the circle. The largest circle gets 4 holes between each, the second circle gets 3, and the small circle gets 2.
