This is the exact thing i made months ago for my Mya QT. No I don't use that hole pattern, and I don't use a fork. I just poke a bunch of large holes in 3 concentric circles with a toothpick. To get the holes as large as I need them I poke the tip of the toothpick in, and kind of "stir" in a circle so the hole widens up a bit. The pattern I use is this.... I poke a hole north, south, east, west, then I poke holes in between them to create the circle. The largest circle gets 4 holes between each, the second circle gets 3, and the small circle gets 2.
