It's their loss bro, I wouldn't worry about it because I hear most employees at hookah lounges are lucky to get 30 hours a week, you can find much better in the area.
It's really bull shit what they did to Bob Marley (the member), so that makes me lose respect for them.
I'm not so sure I would even enjoy working at a lounge, seems like after a while, setting up a hookah at home would just become a pain in the ass after doing it for hours a day. I'm sure I would love it at first, but I'd imagine I'd become pretty sick of it after a while, especially having stupid hipsters coming in that don't truly appreciate hookah for more than "OMG LOOK AT ME, HUGE CLOUDS GUIZ!!!!"
Also, considering the skill that goes into setting up a hookah, it amazes me that during the interview process, they wouldn't ask you to prove your skills. I mean after all, if you hire someone to set up something as delicate as a hookah, you want to make sure they know how to pack it properly, right? You wouldn't want some idiot that knows nothing giving your PAYING customers shitty bowls, correct?
