Multiple Hose Km Or Mya

I am looking for a multiple Hose hookah to share with my friends. I am using an MYA QT right now and really like it, but read mix opinion about the larger MYA hookah. Is it only the price? I like the fact that the larger MYA can dissemble into few parts for cleaning, i am not sure that KM are able to do that.

The MYA are more expensive but wonder if they smoke as well and if the material quality is equivalent to KM's.
Do KM's multiple hookah also have the auto check valve like the MYA?

For the KM, I heard that multiple hose are not as good as single one... Should i get a single stem if going with the KM?
