about the diffuser, run really hot water over the rubber part of the diffuser and it will soften it and make it just able to fit over the hex nut and snuggly on the stem. i have the same hookah and the heba diffuser from hookah-shisha and thats how i got mine on. agree with the vortex bowl by itself but put the diffuser on it as well (my setup) and its a whole new world of clean delicious smoke :)
